Suggested Use Healthy adults, add one teaspoon (approximately 2 grams) to your favorite coffee, tea, juice, or smoothie once daily. Best when taken as directed by a qualified healthcare professional.

Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), known as "Queen of Mushrooms," has been revered for thousands of years. It is native to North America, Europe, and Asia and can be found growing on deciduous hardwood trees in varying climates (e.g., tropical, subtropical, and temperate). Reishi is well-known for its distinctive, colorful fan-shaped cap.
