Formulation Notes

DL-Phenylalanine supports an alert state

DL-Phenylalanine, or DLPA, may support healthy levels of endorphins and enkephalins, compounds naturally produced by the body that have a positive effect on comfort levels. Researchers suggests that DLPA helps regulate the enzyme action the body uses to break these compounds down, which may extend their use by the body. L-Phenylalanine is a precursor to the mood-related neurotransmitter dopamine.
