Directions for Use
Recommended use: As a dietary supplement. In spring season, adults may take 3 capsules 3 times daily with warm water on an empty stomach one hour before meals. In other seasons, adults may take 3 capsules daily, children over 12 years old may take 2 capsules daily in all seasons.
