📋 Directions for Use

For adults, in the morning take 2 softgels before eating or exercising and in the mid-afternoon take 2 more softgels. Take 2 softgels twice daily. Do not exceed 2 softgels more than four hours. Limit use to no more than 4 capsules in a 24-hour period. If you weigh less than 150 pounds, start with half the suggested amount for the first week (one softgel two times daily).
