Directions for Use
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, use four (4) softgels per day with meals. For best results, on workout days take 4 softgels 45 minutes prior to working out. On non-workout days, take 4 softgels per day. Advanced users may take up to six (6) softgels per day. Note: Some individuals only use X-Gels on the days that they work out; however, the majority of the research on Arachidonic Acid is based off of using it both on workout days and non-workout days.
