Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement mix 1-2 scoops of Apollon Nutrition 50/50 Formula-X in 6-12 oz. of cold water within 30 minutes of your workout. Also take another serving before bedtime. You might want to consider taking a serving first thing in the morning and 30-45 minutes before your workout. Apollon Nutrition 50/50 Formula-X can be consumed between meals for added daily amount of protein or can be added to your meals i.e. oatmeal.
