Directions: Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet daily preferably with a meal or as directed by a doctor. Children under 12 years: Ask a doctor. Do not exceed recommended dosage.

Warnings: Iron may interfere with absorption of certain antibiotics; these products should not be taken within two hours of each other. Occassional gastrointestinal discomfort (such as nausea) may be minimized by taking iron with meals. Iron-containing products may ocassionally cause constipation or diarrhea.

If pregnant or nursing, consult a doctor before using this product.

Warning: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of the reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or Poison Control Center right away (1-800-222-1222).
