📋 Directions for Use
Directions: Six capsules daily, three in the morning and three in the evening on an empty stomach (two hours before or after food), or as directed by a health care professional. After 90 days, discontinue use for 30 days prior to starting regimen again. Drink 8 full glasses of water daily.
