Suggested use: Mix 1 scoop of Mr. Hyde Icon with 10-12 oz. cold water. Consume 20 to 30 minutes before exercise. Do not consume My. Hyde Icon within 4 hours prior to bedtime. Do not take any other products that contain caffeine or any other stimulants while taking Mr. Hyde Icon.
