📋 Directions for Use

Directions: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 rounded scoop of MPR Pump with 10-14oz. of water or favorite non-caffeinated beverage 30-45 minutes before workout. Consume an additional 12-16 oz. of water throughout your workout for expanded pump and intensity. If you are a first time user or an individual sensitive to stimulants, mix 1/2 scoop in 6-8oz. of water or favorite non-caffeinated beverage 30-45 minutes before workout. To avoid sleeplessness, do not use within 4-6 hours of bedtime. Use responsibly; do not consume more than 1 serving daily.

WARNING: Before consuming MPR Pump, seek advice from a health care professional if you are unaware of your current health condition or have any pre-existing medical condition including, but not limited to: high or low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke, heart, liver, or thyroid disease, anxiety, depression, pernicious anemia, difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement or if you are taking an MAO inhibitor or any other medication.
