Organixx Recipes Gluten-free Chocolate Banana Bread Pancakes 1 large, ripe banana, mashed 2 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1 scoop Organixx Chocolate Bone Broth Protein 1 scoop Organixx Clean Sourced Collagens (optional) 1/4 cup almond flour or other gluten-free flour 1 tsp aluminum-free baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp sea salt 1/4 cup pecan pieces or dark chocolate chips (optional) Whipped cream (optional) Coconut oil for frying pancakes Combine the banana, eggs, and vanilla in a medium bowl. Combine the rest of the dry ingredients in another medium bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Add dark chocolate chips or pecans if desired. Grease your pan (or waffle iron) with coconut oil on medium heat. Pour batter onto the griddle. Brown on both sides and serve hot, topped with whipped cream.
