Organixx Recipes Protein Pancakes 1 cup applesauce 2 eggs 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 1/3 cup coconut flour 4 scoops Organixx Plain Bone Broth Protein 1 Scoop Organixx Clean Sourced Collagens (optional) 1/8 tsp sea salt In a medium bowl, whisk applesauce, eggs and oil together thoroughly. Add coconut flour, protein powder and sea salt, and allow to sit for 5 minutes. Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, drop batter into skillet and fry until bubbles form on one side. Flip, finish cooking, and enjoy breakfast. These are particularly nice topped with raw honey and cinnamon.
