Directions for Use
Usage: Drink 1 to 3 cups daily for best effect. Directions: Add 1 heaping tea spoon (2-3 gms) of herbal blend in 6 oz-8 oz of boiling water and steep for 3-8 minutes. Add lemon and honey for taste (if needed).
To consume as tea, steep 1-2 tea spoons of blend in 8 oz of hot water for 5-10 minutes and filter. Add lemon and honey to consume.
