Preparation: Simmer (low boiling) 2 Tablespoons in one quart pure water for 10 minutes (ceramic or glass container). Or simmer one heaping teaspoon in one cup pure water for 10 minutes. Suggested Use: Drink 1 cup two to three times daily.
