Directions for Use

Directions: Take two (2) capsules twice daily (am and pm) preferably with meals. For best results, it is recommended to consume at least six 8-ounce glasses of water daily with lemon juice, decrease caffeine intake, eliminate colas, decrease oxalate-rich foods such as spinach, strawberries, nuts, and tea, decrease sodium, sugar, and red meat consumption and increase fiber intake.
