Perfect in smoothies, hot drinks, cooking, dressing. Suggested use: Take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) as needed (max 3 tbs per day). Start slowly as excessive MCT Oil can cause digestive stress. Goes great in smoothies, hot drinks, salad dressings and cooking (below 320 degrees F).

Caution: Avoid styrofoam because all MCT Oils may react with the oils in styrofoam. Avoid heating above 320 degrees F (MCT Oil smoke point).
