Enjoy In Flavorless and odorless, our MCT can be easily added to your favorite foods and drinks. Coffee & Teas Mix 1 tablespoon with your morning cup of hot beverage. Smoothies Mixes easily with any smoothie or shake. Add 1-2 tablespoons. Salads MCT Oil maintains its liquid consistency, making it perfect for salads, dressings and marinades. Suggested Usage Take 1 tablespoon 1-3 times daily. Add to smoothies, coffee, tea and salads. Not recommended for use in cooking or frying.
