Directions: Magnesium Malate is a type of magnesium supplement by combining elemental magnesium with malic acid and contains 15% elemental magnesium by weight. It is commonly used as a supplement to support healthy magnesium levels and works to support nerve, joint, and muscle health as well as supporting energy production.

Suggested Use: As a supplement, take 3-6 capsules per day. It can be taken in the morning or night, with or without food. Do not exceed 9 capsules in one day.
