Directions for Use
Shake well and refrigerate after opening Directions for Use: Best on an empty stomach. Adults: Take 1 oz. daily (1/2 fl oz. in the am and 1/2 fl oz. in the pm). Always follow with 8 - 10 fl oz. of filtered, non-chlorinated, or bottled water. Do not take within 2 hours of pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or over the counter medications. Not recommended after 6:00 pm. Use as directed above or consult your health care practitioner.
