Pure Kidz Protein Power mixes instantly in a shaker cup or can be made into a delicious smoothie.

Suggested Use: Depending on the child's protein needs, mix 1/2 scoop (16.75g) with 4-6 oz. of water or favorite beverage and thoroughly mix in a shaker or blender for 30 seconds. This can also be blended into a smoothie.
