Directions for Use

Suggested Use: Start with 2 VeganCaps per day, and increase gradually over two weeks to suggested use of 8 capsules per day, or as advised by a qualified health care professional. Consume with conscious, positive intent. Take with purified water, herbal tea, fresh vegetable/fruit juices, a smoothie, on its own, or with foods. Vitamineral Green is a food. If you experience temporary beneficial cleansing reactions that you find undesirable (such as loose bowels), reduce amount used to 1 VeganCap, and then increase over several days to one serving per day.
