Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement for adults, for the first three days, we advise taking one serving (1 capsule) twice daily to test for personal tolerance levels. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to avoid dehydration. MORNING: Take 2 servings (2 capsules) MID-AFTERNOON: Take 1 serving (1 capsule)
