One of our favorites is this Hi-Protein Apple Pie Smoothie 1 scoop WheyMax Vanilla Bean 1/3 cup milk, almond milk or water 1/2 cup applesauce 1/2 tsp cinnamon Pinch of nutmeg 1 cup ice cubes Put above ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Suggested Use: Add 1 scoop (33 g) WheyMax to 8 oz of cold water or another beverage (milk, almond milk, etc). Shake or blend until creamy. May also be used to cook with (recipes available online at bodynutrition.com).
