Designed to be used before, during and after training, HyperAmino helps kick-start protein synthesis which plays an important role in muscle growth and recovery. Directions: Add 1 scoop of HyperAmino to 4-10oz (120-300 ml) of water, juice, or your favorite beverage. Stir in a glass, or mix in a shaker cup.
