📋 Directions for Use

Directions: Adults: Take 10-30ml (2-6 teaspoons) daily in juice or water, half an hour before or two hours after meals. Children: take 10ml (2 teaspoons) daily, or as your healthcare professional advises. A maximum of 240ml (16 tablespoons) may be taken daily. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
