Directions for Use Reading warning before consuming Take 1-2 capsules on an empty stomach upon waking with water. If required, take an additional 1-2 capsules 4-6 hours later with water. To assess tolerance, for the first 7 days consume 1 capsule upon waking with water and 1 capsule 4-6 hours later with water. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Do not take Grenade within 6 hours of intended sleep. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day. Keep packaging for directions for use.

Grenade contains caffeine. Do not use this product for longer than 8 weeks and make sure that usage is followed by a 4 week "off period".
Consult your physician prior to use if you are taking medication including, but not limited to MAO inhibitors, anti-depressants, aspirin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or products containing phenylephrine, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, phenylethylamine or other stimulants.
Consult your physician prior to use if you have a medical condition including, but not limited to heart, live, kidney or thyroid disease, psychiatric or epileptic, high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, recurrent headaches, enlarged prostrate or glaucoma. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery. Immediately discontinue use if you experience dizziness, severe headaches, rapid heartbeat or shortness of breath.
