Directions for Use
Suggested Usage: 1 teaspoon (5 ml), 1-6 times per day or as directed by a health professional. Children under 10 years, take half the dosage. Not recommended for children under 2 years. Shake well before use.
For a soothing and comforting drink, stir one teaspoon in a cup of hot water.
