Recommendation: As a dietary supplement, take two to three capsules with each meal.

Warning: Do not use if pregnant or nursing. May potentiate potassium depletion of thiazide diuretics and stimulant laxatives as well as the action of cardiac glycosides and cortisol. If you are taking any medications or experiencing health issues, consult your doctor before use.
