Directions for use: Adults: take 10-30 mL (2-6 teaspoons) daily in juice or water, half an hour before or two hours after meals (children: take 10 mL (2 teaspoons) daily) or as your healthcare professional advises. When desired, a maximum of 240 mL (16 tablespoons) may be taken daily. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
