Directions for use: As a dietary supplement, adults take 2 capsules (one serving) twice daily with a full glass of water, preferably on an empty stomach. Take one serving, upon waking (before breakfast), and take a second serving six hours later (between lunch and dinner). Please read the entire label carefully before use, and follow the diet plan.
