Suggested use: 1 scoop: For use as coffee creamer alternative, mix one (1) scoop into 8-10 oz. of coffee, and stir well. 2 scoops: For use a meal replacement or post-workout shake, mix two (2) scoops into 12-16 oz. of water, or your choice of milk, and stir well.
