📋 Directions for Use

Directions for use: Adults: a dropper of Magnesium will only fill half full and is equal to 1/4 tsp. Measure out 1/2 tsp into measuring spoon or take 2 droppers twice daily in water or juice. Use more as needed or as recommended by your health care provider. It is recommended you begin slowly (1 serving/day) to allow your body to adjust and build up gradually over a few days. Children under 12 use 1/2 adult dose.
