Directions for use - Read warnings before consuming Take 1-2 capsules on an empty stomach upon waking with water. If required, take an additional 1-2 capsules 4-6 hours later with water. To assess tolerance, for the first 7 days consume 1 capsule upon waking with water and 1 capsule 4-6 hours later with water. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. 1-2 capsules with water Do not take Grenade within 6 hours of intended sleep. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day. Keep packaging for directions of use.

Made in a GMP facility on equipment that processes milk, soy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish and wheat.

Do not consume synephrine or caffeine from other sources, including but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine.

Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache or shortness of breath.
