Suggested Usage: Start with 1-2 softgels per meal and slowly build up to the recommended dose of 3-6 softgels per meal. For best results take PGX(R) Daily softgels before meals with a glass (8 fl. oz.) of water, or as directed by a health care professional.
It is important to drink adequate amounts of water immediately after ingesting PGX(R).
