📋 Directions for Use

Suggested Usage: Stir 1/2-1 scoop (2.5-5 g) into (12-16 fl. oz.) of cold water or juice 1-2 times per day. Drink additional water (12-16 fl. oz.) after taking PGX(R). Begin with 1/2 a scoop and gradually increase over several days as tolerated. Up to 1 scoop 3 times daily may be required in some cases for optimal results, or take as directed by a health care professional. Use consistently before or with meals or with healthy snacks to obtain the desired results. Serving Option: PGX(R) Daily Granules are unflavored and can also be sprinkled onto any moist food, yogurt, fruit salad, oatmeal, soup, low-calorie beverage or meal replacement.

It is important to drink adequate amounts of water (12-16 fl. oz.) immediately after taking PGX(R) Daily.
