Recommended serving: (Adults) Take 1 level scoop (2 grams) once daily with water on an empty stomach (one hour before or after a meal). Directions: Drink a minimum of 6 glasses of water per day. Take medications four hours before or after taking JF14.

Joint Formula14 (JF14) contains SierraSil, manufactured under US patent 7,611,732 B2 and 7,910,136, all natural hydrothermal mineral complex from the US Sierra Mountains that helps to protect joint health.

Made without sugar, starch, salt, wheat, gluten, corn, dairy, marine or animal products, flavoring or preservatives.
