Directions for Use
RECOMMENDED USE: As a dietary supplement, begin by taking one capsule per day for the first three days, 30 minutes prior to morning meal. For maximum effectiveness, after day four, take a second capsule 6 to 8 hours later, 30 minutes prior to main meal. To avoid restlessness, do not take within 4 hours prior to sleep. Please read the entire label carefully before use and follow directions. Do not exceed more than 3 capsules per day. NOTICE: FOR OPTIMAL RESULTS, FOLLOW THE SCIENTIFICALLY DESIGNED DIET PLAN INCLUDED.

Consult your physician prior to use if you have a medical condition including but not limited to heart, liver, kidney, or thyroid disease, psychiatric or epileptic disorders, difficulty in urinating, diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, recurrent headaches, enlarged prostate, or glaucoma. Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headaches, or shortness of breath.
