Directions for Use
SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement for adults, take 2 capsules in the morning with or without food. Take 2 capsules in the evening before bed with or without food. Use for up to 8 weeks in a cycle then discontinue use for 4 weeks before starting a new cycle.
