Directions: To determine tolerance, begin by taking 1 scoop mixed with 4-6 fl. oz. of water 20-30 minutes before your workout. After personal tolerance has been assessed, take 1-2 scoops with 8-12 fl. oz. of water 20-30 minutes before training.
