Ultimate Electrolytes should be diluted down with water, or can be added to another electrolyte drink to enhance the electrolyte potential of both drinks. Mixing Instructions: Mix with 8 to 10 ounces of juice or water.

For best results, store in a cool, dark place and use within six months.
