Directions: Suggested Use on Training Days: As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop with 6-10oz of cold water, juice, or protein shake, before and after workouts. Suggested Use on Non-Training Days: As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop with 6-10oz of cold water, juice, or protein shake, once per day. Metabolic Nutrition identified these structure flaws with free-form glutamine and solved the problem by utilizing chemical and enzymatic peptide bonding to develop T.A.G., the first di-peptide "stable" glutamine engineered to specifically target muscle for maximum muscle repair and recovery.
T.A.G. contains both Trans-Alanyl-Glutamine and L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine (Sustamine) to offer the only duel di-peptide Glutamine structure that is stable in both liquid & high temperature, yet easy to absorb and assimilate into the bloodstream for direct infusion into the muscle cells.
In addition, T.A.G. also supports the body's immune system, increases protein synthesis and growth hormone release; making it a critical supplement in any athlete's regimen.

Everyone wants to build a great physique they are proud of, as well as admired by others. It's common to use L-Glutamine to assist in recovery from working out, but science has proven that the body is predisposed to use regular L-Glutamine for intestinal health and not for muscle tissue repair. Regular glutamine also degrades in liquids and is unstable at higher temperatures.
T.A.G. works by preventing the loss of muscle glutamine during exercise, (i.e. muscle loss), supplying the critical glutamine needed by the muscle intra and post workout.
