📋 Directions for Use
As a dietary supplement take (3) three capsules in the morning and (3) three capsules in the afternoon with a meal. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water daily while using this supplement.
This product is only intended to be consumed by healthy adult males 18 years of age or older.
