Directions for Use

Recommendation: First time users should start with diluted strength and graduallly increase the strength to meet their needs. As a dietary supplement: For diluted strength: Begin using one tea bag in 2 - 3 cups of water. Steep 2 - 3 minutes. Drink only one cup and save the rest for the next 1 or 2 nights as your body requires. For regular strength: Use one tea bag to each cup of water and steep to the strength you desire. Drink one cup each night before bedtime as needed.

Do not use if outer shrink wrap is missing.

Keep out of reach of children.

Warning: Do not take if pregnant or nursing.

Do not use this product if you have abdominal pain or diarrhea. Discontinue use in the event of diarrhea or watery stools. Do not exceed recommended dose. Not for long-term use.

Not for children under 12.
